3 ingredient cookies

3 ingredient cookies! The perfect recipe for baking with little ones. All you need is:
1 large ripe banana
1 cup shredded coconut
3 tbsp almond meal
Optional: choc chips/choc buttons

1. Blend banana and coconut for 30 secs.
2. Add almond meal, pulse a few more times until combined.
3. Optional: stir 2 tbsp choc chips into mixture or a chocolate button on top of each cookie.
4. Form into cookie shapes.
5. Oven 180 (preheated) for 20 mins, or until brown on edges.
6. Cool before serving.
