Choc-Banana Nut Butter Smoothie! Loaded with good fats this smoothie will start your child’s day on the right foot or serve after school for a sustaining snack until dinnertime. Smoothies are so adaptable, so if you don’t have any of the below ingredients, substitute with what you have on hand.

Serves 2-3

2 cups milk of your choice
2 bananas, chopped into large chunks, frozen
1 tbsp nut butter
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 heaped tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp vanilla powder or extract
1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)

1 tbsp raw honey (optional)
Pinch of sea salt


Pop all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
