
Is there anything better than sweet potato fries!
Try serving healthy dips alongside your fries. Most kids love dipping so hopefully it will entice them to try!
If you have a fussier eater try the recipe with potatoes first.
Ingredients:
500g sweet potato
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sweet paprika
S&P to taste
Method:
Oven 200 until golden and crispy on the edges. Turn them mid way.
